Introduction:
In the recent years the demand to the Dairy & Food Industry regarding documentation, product quality, enviroment etc. har been raised by authorities, customer and consumer with more and more intensity often followed by official ISO-certification.
It was with this in mind some Danish dairies and JP Consult started a project to develop a "Basis Quality & Working Manual" which easily could be changed and adjusted to a factory specific manual.
The philosophy and idea behind developing a standardised manual has shown to be very viable and have led to development of a whole series of standardised manuals under the common umbrella name "X-Town Dairy Management Tools" and today following X-Town Dairy Mangagement tools are developed:
